Successful lawsuit in Prague courts over latency arbitrage accusations

We have assisted a CFDs investor to prevail in a litigation against a CFDs provider who deleted the client’s profits based on accusations of breach of contract, in particular the abusive trading method of latency arbitrage. Both court instances found that the CFDs provider had failed to support its contentions with the requisite evidence and ruled in the investor’s favor.
